Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment by working closely with colleagues, parents, community partners, and business/industry stakeholders. Facilitate student participation in projects and hands-on learning, while establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units, and activities. Demonstrate a willingness to continuously develop new skills and instructional strategies to support the growth of a FFA chapter by serving as an advisor.REQUIREMENTS:A valid Ohio career-technical agriculture education certificate of license or at least five years of industry experience in the agriculture field.PREFERENCES:Strong background in agriculture including knowledge of animal & plant science, greenhouse operations, and farm management. Effective organizational, planning and project management skills.
