Weyerhaeuser has a Grader position available at our lumber manufacturing facility in Grifton, NC. Able to perform basic math and basic computer skills A sense of urgency in terms of maximizing production and minimizing downtime is necessary in this type of manufacturing environment. Ability to work closely with supervisors and others, being a team player/leader Good communication skills and demonstrate positive attitude. Maintain a clean workstation. Exhibit good performance, safety and attendance records. Tasks performed involve work with equipment and material that require familiarity with formal safety procedures and the following of these procedures in order to maintain the safety of the work environment. Candidates must be willing and able to interpret and apply verbal and/or written instructions pertaining to job. Willing and able to work a rotating shift: Monday-Friday 4:30-4:30 alternating day and night shift, some weekends as needed.
