JOB DESCRIPTIONNoni’s Table ManagerReports to: Director of F&BCompensation: $20.00 per hour + Tips and Benefits [Potential to go salaried]POSITION SUMMARY:The Noni’s Table manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient workflow, and a positive team environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing proceduresLead, coach, and develop team members to provide attentive, welcoming, and efficient serviceSet the tone for guest experience by modeling hospitality, professionalism, and EngagementEnsure presentation, cleanliness, and organization always meet resort standardsManage guest reservations and coordinate events held in the restaurant spaceMonitor inventory, manage ordering, and control costs to meet financial goalsHandle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionallyPartner with other departments to support overall resort operations and guest satisfactionCreate and manage staff schedules based on business levels and seasonal demandEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and company policiesBartending experience is valued with the creativity to contribute to curation of specialty drink offerings.QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of café, restaurant, or hospitality management experience preferredStrong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountablePassion for guest service and creating memorable experiencesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentWorking knowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsRAMP and ServSafe CertifiedSCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:Early morning availability is required (including opening shifts)Weekend availability is requiredHoliday availability is strongly preferred due to peak resort demandFlexibility to work evenings as business needs evolvePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment as well keeps oneself busy during slow moments.BENEFITS:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:A hands-on leader who leads by example, thrives in a dynamic environment, and understands that small details create exceptional guest experiences.
