The successful candidate will be responsible for the integration of clinical operations with financial goals, leading initiatives to scale clinical services, and enhancing operational efficiency. This senior leadership role requires a Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations and finance. The Vice President will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, implement and monitor KPIs, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation, performance, and growth. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include strategic leadership, clinical operations oversight, financial management, performance optimization, stakeholder engagement, and compliance and risk management. The role demands a candidate with strong leadership and team management capabilities, advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, and expertise in healthcare operations, provider compensation, and performance metrics. The Vice President will also be involved in the FPP's Strategic 2030 Market Expansion plan and must ensure that all clinical operations adhere to compliance standards. The position requires excellent communication, stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and financial reporting tools.
