Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimator at TTA CONSTRUCTION. The position requires regular work at the company’s location in Vian, OK, with flexibility for remote work as needed. Responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project requirements, sourcing materials and labor costs, collaborating with project teams, and maintaining up-to-date pricing and supplier relationships. The Estimator will play a vital role in ensuring projects are planned and priced effectively to meet company standards. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and preparing detailed project budgetsStrong analytical skills and ability to review project plans, blueprints, and technical specificationsExperience with construction software and tools, such as project management platforms or estimation toolsEffective communication and collaboration skills to work with project managers, contractors, and suppliersKeen attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standardsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)Prior experience in the construction industry or a similar Estimator role is an advantage
