This position focuses on ensuring reliable equipment operation through proactive maintenance practices, supporting both safety and productivity on the plant floor.Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Primary schedule is 1st shift (day shift). Candidates must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as required by operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsTroubleshoot and repair equipment using tools such as power tools, welders, and diagnostic instrumentsRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsUse maintenance software to document tasks and observationsOperate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other standard maintenance equipmentMaintain a safe and clean working environmentCollaborate with team members and supervisors to support production goals and continuous improvement initiativesMinimum QualificationsMust be 18 years or olderAbility to perform physical tasks (lifting, climbing, kneeling, etc.)Comfortable working in various conditions (heat, cold, noise, dust) and at heightsBasic computer skillsHands-on experience in at least one of the following: mechanical maintenance, welding, pipefitting, gearboxes, lubrication systems, pumps, hydraulics, or pneumaticsWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shiftsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with industrial safety practices (e.g., hazard analysis, confined space entry)Trade school, technical training, or related military experienceExperience with precision maintenance tools (e.g., laser alignment)BenefitsComprehensive health coverageRetirement savings optionsPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for ongoing training and development
