This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, troubleshooting, improving, and shipping solutions across AI tooling, Salesforce, and modern web technologies.What You'll DoYou'll own implementation and development work across our technology stack, including:Configuring, customizing, and maintaining SalesforceSupporting and maintaining client-facing websitesIntegrating AI tools and automations into business workflowsManaging code repositories, deployments, and supporting infrastructureCollaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teamsIdentifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiencyThis role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to make an immediate, visible impact within a small, high-performing team.What We're Looking ForStrong AI skills, including hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code, as well as writing and maintaining CLAUDE.md filesExperience integrating AI tools into real-world business workflowsSalesforce administration experience, including flows, objects, permissions, and integrationsStrong GitHub proficiency, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, GitHub Actions, and repository managementSolid software development experience in at least one modern programming languageExperience with WordPress, Elementor, Cloudflare, and DigitalOceanExperience with modern AI-assisted web development workflows, including Lovable ? GitHub ? Cloudflare deployment pipelinesStrong understanding of security best practices, including secrets management, access controls, and secure deployment processesAbility to remain optimistic, adaptable, and effective in ambiguous or rapidly changing environmentsWho You AreYou're a builder who is excited about the future of AI-powered software development.
