HR RecruiterReports to Director of Human ResourcesJob DescriptionThe Human Resource Recruiter aids with hiring for all business locations. This role also provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including Benefits, record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry, while maintaining confidentiality.Duties/Responsibilities:Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.Places and updates ads for the various openings.Reviews all applicationsForwards qualified applications to Division PresidentAssists with the Candidate Assessment processAssists with preparation of new-employee files.Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.Files documents into appropriate employee files.Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.Fulfills other related duties as assigned by Director of H.R.or Executive staff members for the success of the company.Required Skills/Abilities:Must have an acute understanding for the processing and handling of confidential information.Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.Employ excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.Display excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Google Drive, MS Office Suite or related software.Proficient with HRIS software, NetSuite preferred.Education And Experience:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.At least two years related experience required.The HR Coordinator position is Exempt.Company DescriptionBurgess was founded in 1986 to meet the growing demand of the top home builders, developers, and stakeholders across the nation in need of third-party quality assurance, energy testing, and engineering services.
