**Commission-Only Outreach Rep — Book Calls With Roofing Contractors (Remote, U.S.)**ProBoost Solutions is hiring 3 commission-only outreach reps to start conversations with roofing contractors and book qualified discovery calls. You don't close. I close. Your job is to open the door.**About us**We run a done-for-you Meta ads and appointment booking agency exclusively for roofing contractors. We build the ads, build the landing page, qualify every lead through our U.S.-based call center, and book confirmed sit-down appointments directly on the contractor's calendar. The product works. We need more conversations happening at the top of the funnel.**The role**Reach out to roofing contractors via cold calls and DMs using a script we provide. Get them curious. Book them on a call with me. That's the entire job.**Compensation**Packages range from $3,000 to $15,000 per month. Comp is built around our core $5,000 package ($3,000 ad spend + $2,000 management retainer). You earn a one-time commission on the full $5,000 deal value and a monthly recurring commission on the $2,000 retainer for as long as the client stays active.One-time commission per closed deal:• Deals 1–10: 15% — $750 per close• Deals 11–20: 20% — $1,000 per close• Deals 21–30: 30% — $1,500 per closeMonthly recurring per active client:• Deals 1–10: 2% — $40/month• Deals 11–20: 4% — $80/month• Deals 21–30: 6% — $120/monthHigher-tier packages mean bigger deal values and bigger commissions across both lines.**What the math looks like**Close 8 deals in your first two months, 6 stay active: $6,000 upfront + $240/month recurring. Close 3 more in month three: another $2,250 upfront, recurring jumps to $360/month. At 10 active clients you're at $400/month passive. At 20 active clients, $1,600/month. Every deal compounds. You don't restart at zero.**Requirements**• Comfortable on outbound calls and DMs• Thick skin (roofers are busy and direct)• Self-motivated — this is 100% commission, no base• A phone and a few focused hours a day**Not required**• Sales experience — we train you on the script and the pitch• Marketing knowledge — we handle all of it• Any upfront investment
