As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will have a direct impact on the client experience and are vital to the success of the organization. You will be a member of a dynamic team in a collaborative, client-focused environment utilizing your exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls, emails, scheduling, and gathering client information for ongoing service processes.Ensuring all client paperwork, requests, and procedures are completed accurately and meet compliance requirements.Coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client needs.Performing general office administration, common area support, mailroom operations, and front desk/reception duties.Managing complex scheduling and calendar coordination across platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Outlook, dial-ins).Supporting social media marketing, communications, and event planning.Planning and coordinating special events, celebrations, charitable activities, and training sessions.Assisting with special projects and performing additional duties as needed.Requirements: Education:High School diploma with a Bachelor's degree highly preferred Experience:Prior experience working in an office environment with a customer service focus; Financial services industry a plus Certifications:Notary designation a plus Job Skills:Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client focus and demonstrating attention to detail; Enjoy collaborating and building positive relationships internally with co-workers and externally with clients and business vendors; Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must; Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required; prior use of CRM system (Salesforce) a plus; Strong desire for continuous self-learning and professional growth Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM 6:00PM.Working Conditions: Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation, no heavy lifting over 10 lbs.Base Pay Range: $45,968 - $54,080 USDBenefits: Company Paid Basic Life & AD&D InsuranceCompany Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability InsuranceSupplemental Life & AD&D Short-Term Disability; Accident; Critical Illness; and Hospital Indemnity InsuranceThree Cigna medical plans offerings including two High Deductible Health Plans and a Traditional Co-Pay medical plan.Kaiser Medical plans available in CaliforniaHealth Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions if enrolled in either HDHP medical plan.Two comprehensive Dental PlansVision Insurance PlanDependent Care Savings Account for child and dependent care.14 Company Paid Holidays including a full week off at Thanksgiving.Generous paid time off program for vacation and sick daysEmployee Assistance PlanFamily Medical LeavePaid Parental Leave (8 weeks)Maternity benefits utilizing company paid STD, any supplemental STD, plus Parental Leave (8 weeks) to provide time for recovery, baby bonding, and enjoying your family time.Adoption Assistance Reimbursement ProgramCompany Paid Concierge Services for you and your loved ones for the spectrum of caring needs for your aging parents, young children, life's challenges and more.401(k) Retirement Plan with both Traditional and Roth plans with per pay period match as well as an after-tax optionPet InsuranceWe are not accepting unsolicited resumes from agencies and/or search firms for this job posting.Mercer Advisors is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
