Learn more at https://www.masaaccess.comWhat You Will DoAs MASA’s Lead Engagement Strategy Director, you’ll design and optimize the full engagement ecosystem—owning how we communicate with leads and members at every stage of their journey. Your mission: increase conversion, boost retention, and maximize the lifetime value of every touchpoint.You’ll lead the strategy and execution of automated marketing journeys across email, SMS, IVR, landing pages, and more—primarily using HubSpot. You’ll build and refine communications that power our seminar, ecommerce, and inside sales channels, while also launching new initiatives like referral programs, webinars, and upgrade campaigns.You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—Tech, Legal, Field Sales, Product, and external agencies—to build compliant, high-performing campaigns. You’ll oversee key marketing assets, from seminar presentations to retention journeys, and continuously test and optimize based on results.What You Bring8+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in engagement/lifecycle marketing or marketing communicationsProven ability to build and optimize data-driven journeys across multiple channelsExperience using HubSpot (or similar platforms like Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to manage complex workflows and segmentationA strong eye for performance—skilled in reporting, A/B testing, and using data to drive decisionsExcellent project management skills and comfort managing multiple initiatives at onceExperience working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Tech, Legal, and CreativeStrong written communication and asset development skills (presentations, guides, collateral)Knowledge of referral programs, retention strategies, or membership-based business models is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldWhy We Think You'll Love This OpportunityYou’ll be joining a team that’s mission-driven and metrics-minded.
