They seek a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office.ResponsibilitiesDevelop automated reporting for a public bond offeringLead external financial reporting for the bond offeringOversee accounting and financial reporting for the investment fund structureManage accounting and quarterly reporting for investment advisory servicesCoordinate accounting for multiple real estate investment partnerships and related reportingPartner with external accountants and auditors to support financial reportingSupport the VP of Finance and Director of Finance on special projects and additional initiativesInterpret and apply authoritative accounting guidance to organizational mattersContribute to a growth-oriented role with expanding responsibilities in a dynamic environmentComplete special projects and ad hoc assignments as neededRequirements4-7 years of corporate accounting experiencePublic or combo experience Real estate, private equity, or financial services experience preferredIFRS experience is a plus Ready to function in a high-energy environmentHands-on and 'roll up your sleeves' mentality AI experience and reviewing AI outputs are a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skillsCPA requiredJobID: 48077
