Own it.You'll be the financial backbone of a multi-entity operation, working side by side with operations and senior leadership in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work directly shapes business decisions. If you're a sharp, technically strong accountant who loves being close to the numbers and close to the business — this role was built for you.Responsibilities:Own the full month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process across multiple entitiesLead consolidation accounting and manage complex intercompany eliminations and reconciliationsDrive cost accounting functions including inventory valuation, production cost tracking, and variance analysisPartner with operations and production leadership to monitor financial performance and surface cost reduction opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong internal controls across all accounting functionsPrepare and deliver financial statements, management reports, and KPIs to senior leadershipLead the annual budget process and support ongoing forecasting and cash flow managementManage and develop a small accounting team of 2–3, setting the standard for accuracy and accountabilityEnsure GAAP compliance and support external audit preparationMust-Have Skills:7+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant time in manufacturing or productionProven multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and intercompany reconciliation experienceStrong cost accounting background — inventory valuation, production cost tracking, and variance analysisDeep hands-on ownership of the full month-end close processExperience managing or mentoring a small accounting teamBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceNice-to-Have Skills:CPA license or candidatePublic accounting backgroundExperience in a high-volume or commodity-based production environment
