Multicloud EngineerLocation: Cupertino, CA – HybridDuration: Long-Term ContractRole OverviewWe are seeking a Multicloud Engineer to support and resolve production incidents across AWS, GCP, and AliCloud.The engineer will own issues end-to-end, from ticket intake and troubleshooting through root cause analysis (RCA), while partnering with Platform Engineering on complex escalations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and resolve production incidents across AWS, GCP, and AliCloud environments.Own production issues end-to-end, including ticket intake, troubleshooting, resolution, and RCA.Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and production issues.Partner with Platform Engineering on escalated incidents and complex technical issues.Support reliable and scalable enterprise multi-cloud infrastructure.Monitor cloud environments and investigate performance, availability, and operational issues.Develop and maintain automation using Infrastructure as Code and scripting.Document incidents, root causes, resolutions, and operational procedures.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.Strong hands-on experience with AWS and GCP; AliCloud experience is a plus.Experience with Kubernetes, including EKS, GKE, or ACK.Strong understanding of IAM, VPC, Route 53, DNS, and Load Balancers.Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.Scripting experience with Python, Go, or Bash.Experience with incident management, RCA writing, and production troubleshooting.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, or PagerDuty.AWS, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud certifications.Experience supporting enterprise-scale multi-cloud platforms.
