Sr. Business Systems Analyst New York, NY- OnsiteLocal candidates must neededA recognized financial services company in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a great senior-level opportunity with their team.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed business requirementsFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and create detailed documentation, including effective user stories, features, use cases, and process flowsIdentify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectivenessEnsure alignment of project deliverables with business goals by working closely with development, QA, SM and product teamsUtilize Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Miro, MS Suites, and SharePoint to manage tasks and workflowsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:8+ years of experience as a Business AnalystBachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, business, or a related fieldExperience with machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworksKnowledgeable in GenAI technology and latest trendsFamiliar with LLM technologyExperience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Miro, MS Suites, and SharePointStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategicallyExcellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholdersProven track record of identifying and improving business processesDesired Skills:Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM)Experience with Lean Portfolio ManagementProficiency in Programming languages, such as Python, R, or JavaUnderstanding of Cloud Computing platforms, like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudPrevious experience as a Team Lead or in a similar roleExperience in the Financial Information industry
