Sr Brand Marketing Manager (Body Cleansing/UAP)

LOCATION: Hybrid 3 days/week in NYCWe are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives across a portfolio of leading personal care brands. This individual will serve as a senior member of the brand team, driving innovation, commercialization, portfolio strategy, and business growth opportunities while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Innovation, Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail Marketing.The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of CPG brand management experience, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of leading innovation and commercialization initiatives from concept through launch.ResponsibilitiesLead development and execution of brand growth strategies, innovation initiatives, and commercialization plans across multiple product categories.Own business cases, market assessments, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations for new product launches, line extensions, and portfolio optimization opportunities.Partner with Innovation teams to identify, prioritize, and advance future product pipelines.Lead cross-functional teams through concept development, product development, packaging, pricing, forecasting, and launch planning.Evaluate manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial considerations to ensure successful execution of innovation initiatives.Develop retailer and channel-specific growth opportunities, including club, mass, grocery, and eCommerce solutions.Partner with Sales and Retail Marketing teams to develop compelling selling stories and support line review presentations.Monitor category, consumer, competitive, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities and risks.Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while influencing stakeholders across the organization.Present recommendations and business updates to senior leadership.Qualifications5–10 years of progressive brand management experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG), ideally including leadership of innovation, commercialization, portfolio management, and growth initiatives.Proven track record launching new products and driving business growth through consumer-led innovation, commercialization, and strategic brand planning.Strong business and financial acumen, including experience developing business cases, evaluating P&Ls, forecasting performance, and identifying growth opportunities.Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Innovation, Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail teams.Strong understanding of retailer and channel dynamics, including mass, grocery, drug, club, and eCommerce environments.Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across multiple functions.Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.Experience within personal care, beauty, household products, food & beverage, or other leading consumer brands preferred.Experience at a top-tier CPG organization (e.g., Colgate-Palmolive, P&G, Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, Reckitt, J&J, L'Oréal, PepsiCo, Mars, or similar) is highly desirable.
