Required Skills: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE) Valid Pennsylvania Medical License DEA Certification Minimum of 1 year of Urology practice experience Proficiency with EPIC EMR system Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting and handle acute cases Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in a hospital covering multiple facilities Prior experience with 24-hour call shifts Knowledge of hospital protocols and interdisciplinary collaboration Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency or fellowship training in Urology At least 1 year of post-residency practice experience in a hospital environment Other Requirements: Must possess an active Pennsylvania medical license Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts and weekend coverage Credentialing can be completed within 90 days with a clean credentialing file Must be able to stay in hotels if covering hospitals in different towns Travel and licensure reimbursements will be provided when applicable This is a compelling opportunity for qualified urologists to enhance their careers while enjoying a competitive hourly pay rate of $3,399.63.
