Serve as the Engineer of Record

• Apply your PE stamp and engineering seal
• Ensure compliance with state and national building codes
• Review structural calculations and design modifications

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously

What We're Looking ForRequired

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
• Ability to stamp and seal structural drawings
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Experience leading engineers, drafters, or designers
• Strong understanding of residential or commercial building codes
• Experience with structural analysis software
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Modular construction experience
• Residential building design experience
• Multi-state engineering licensure
• Experience working with code agencies and third-party plan reviewers
