This role is perfect for someone who enjoys educating soon-to-be parents, building meaningful customer relationships, and creating a welcoming in-store experience.Learning our products and delivering outstanding customer service are key to success in this role.If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you!Position DetailsRole: Sales Associate / Product EducatorPay: $20-$23 per hourSchedule: Full time & Part TimeOpenings: 2 positions availableRequired AvailabilityCandidates must be available to work: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers by identifying their needs and guiding them throughout the storeDeliver an exceptional shopping experience from start to finishProvide detailed product knowledge and in-store demonstrationsEducate customers on baby gear and essentials for soon-to-be caregivers/parents and growing familiesHelp maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environmentAssist with inventory tasks, including receiving, pricing, and restocking merchandiseContribute to our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and FacebookRemain self-motivated and productive during slower periodsSkills & QualificationsPrior sales or customer service experience preferredBaby gear knowledge is a plus, but not required (training is provided)Friendly, personable, and energetic with strong communication skillsPassion for learning new products and educating customersAbility to multitask and thrive in a retail environmentSelf-motivated with strong self-awareness and initiativeAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsMust be willing and able to lift 25–35 lbs occasionallyEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredIf this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, please forward your resume to us.
