Job DescriptionOur well-known AI client is hiring two People Operations Specialists to join their People Services team within Data Solutions. This is a high-volume, operational role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys solving problems through process improvement and automation. You will serve as frontline support for employees, handling a large volume of tickets and requests daily while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.What you'll doManage high volume of People Services tickets in a Jira-based ticketing systemPerform administrative tasks in Workday (HRIS)Execute data entry and spreadsheet-heavy operational work with extremely high accuracyProvide employee-facing support (internal customer service)Support onboarding workflows and contractor onboarding/offboarding as you rampIdentify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities using AI toolsTake on additional operational projects based on team needsQualificationsEast Coast only (firm)Jira and Workday are a MUSTAt least one startup or high-growth company required2 to 5 years experience range$75/hr, non-negotiableTicket management with volume or metrics experienceCW lifecycle experienceTwo 30 min interviews with team membersNice to haveTicket resolution metrics on the resume (agent rankings, one-touch ratesProcess building: playbooks, documentation libraries, or training guides they authoredWorkday implementation tenant experienceBackground check administration (Checkr, vendor coordination, escalation workflows)I-9 and compliance documentation experienceCross-functional coordination with Payroll, Legal, or ITAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Compensation$75-$75#J-18808-Ljbffr
