Regional Sales Director - North Central US & Central Canada American Products is seeking an innovative, solutions-focused sales professional with strong knowledge of the telecommunications market, especially fiber and wireless. This role focuses on turning customer challenges into opportunities while promoting American Products' enclosure solutions across a defined region.Key Responsibilities Manage and grow solution-based sales for Networks, Distributors, OEMs, and End UsersMaintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent serviceMeet or exceed assigned revenue targetsWork effectively from a home office and manage your schedule independentlyMaintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leadsCollaborate with internal teams and support overall sales strategyQualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in telecommunicationsAt least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional Requirements Minimum 50% travelAbility to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionallyMust follow safety practices, including use of safety glasses and steel-toe boots
