Become the Tax Manager at SDG, Chartered Professional Accountant, in a hybrid environment, where you'll oversee tax operations in Toronto. In this full-time position, you will be the internal leader of tax practices, responsible for managing a team and ensuring high-quality deliverables while meeting deadlines. You'll report to the Owner, highlighting production metrics and the achievement of key performance indicators to uphold client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Canadian tax compliance workflows Finalize various tax filings including T1 and T2 Ensure accurate tax planning for high-net-worth clients Supervise staff accountants, providing guidance Collaborate on efficiency improvements for busy seasons Requirements CPA, CGA, CMA, CA licensed in Canada 7+ years' tax firm experience required Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations High-level analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and client-focused skills Leverage your expertise in tax management and team leadership to enhance client service at SDG.
