This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically, leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.The selected candidate will lead a 24x7 Network Operations team supporting CALEA (lawful intercept), Location Based Services (LBS), and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA). This role oversees internal operations and 3rd party service providers to ensure service availability, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of incident response, service restoration, and root cause analysis. Serves as a primary interface between enterprise customer care, product/engineering support, public safety stakeholders, and external partners.
