Technician ApprenticeDry Force is hiring a Technician Apprentice for a full-time position in Austin, Texas - No Experience Required - Willing to Train.As a Technician Apprentice, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Technician Apprentices need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.Responsibilities:Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materialsResponsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged propertyWork closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care ofCommunicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customersFollow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional imageDrive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policiesDocument drying progress using a phone or tabletQualifications:Ability to lift 50 lbs. or moreHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's licenseAbility to Pass a Drug ScreenClear Criminal BackgroundMust be able to work overtime as needed and some holidaysDry Force opened its doors in 2003 with the mindset that we wanted to help people in one of their greatest times of need.
