Field Service CoordinatorFull-Time | Monday-Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)OverviewWe're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Field Service Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Field Service team. In this role, you'll be the central hub connecting customers, technicians, and internal departments-ensuring service requests are handled efficiently and work is executed smoothly.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in keeping operations running seamlessly, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.What You'll DoCoordinate and schedule Field Service Technicians for service calls, maintenance, inspections, and installationsServe as the primary point of contact for incoming service requests, including occasional after-hours calls for urgent breakdownsCommunicate with customers regarding scheduling, job status, and service updatesMonitor technician availability and job progress, addressing conflicts or capacity issuesSupport technicians with accurate job details, documentation, and resourcesTrack open jobs to ensure timely completion and proper closeoutReview service documentation for accuracy and completenessCollaborate with internal teams (parts, sales, operations) to support service executionIdentify process improvements and help optimize scheduling efficiencyEscalate customer concerns or operational issues when necessaryWhat You BringStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills and a customer-first mindsetAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyAbility to problem-solve quickly and effectivelyConfidence working both independently and as part of a teamAbility to remain calm in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or service management systemsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree or technical/business training preferred2-5 years of experience in dispatching, service coordination, or a similar roleExperience in industrial or field service environments preferredFamiliarity with overhead cranes or industrial equipment is a plusWork Environment & Physical RequirementsPrimarily office-based with occasional visits to shop or field environmentsMay involve exposure to industrial settings, noise, and moving equipmentAbility to occasionally lift up to 25 lbsCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package designed to support you both professionally and personally:Competitive base payPTO7 paid holidaysContributory medical, dental and vision insuranceVoluntary short-term and long-term disability coverage401(k) plan with up to a 4% company matchBoot reimbursement up to $125 annuallyCompany cell phone and tabletEmployee referral program (up to $1,00 per referral)Additional DetailsFull-time position with consistent weekday scheduleAdditional hours may be required based on service demandsLimited travel for training or occasional field supportAbout UsG.W.
