Senior Risk Underwriter, Workers' Comp

A company is looking for a Senior Risk Underwriter specializing in Workers' Compensation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit comprehensive underwriting packages to insurance carriers for PEO clients Ensure accurate assignment of workers' compensation class codes based on client operations and payroll details Manage daily employee underwriting processes and resolve payroll-related issues affecting underwriting Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation risk and underwriting, preferably in a PEO or global HR services organization Strong understanding of workers' compensation, OSHA reporting, and claims reporting procedures Deep working knowledge of PrismHR configuration from a workers' comp perspective is preferred Experience in client-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
