DescriptionThe PKI Operations Manager (Lead) handles all unexpected team decisions. Hosts meetings and keeps projects organized and prioritized. Oversees task delegation and projects for PKI Registration Authority Officers (RAO) and Local Registration Authority Officers (LRA) throughout the DOE/NNSA enterprise.Responsibilities IncludeProviding training per PKI policiesSupporting decisions related to RAO operationsPerforming Certificate Authority (CA) functionsManaging CA updates and schedulesThe Role Requires Expertise InDrafting policies and proceduresHandling daily operationsCreating and managing roles within the PKI Credentialing Management System (CMS)Implementing Service Now for token lifecycle trackingAdditional Duties InvolveOnboarding/offboarding trusted rolesCoordinating training and approvalsProvisioning accessResponding to unique requests or events,Managing both physical and logical security controls of PKI equipment and spaces.A notification to prospective applicants that reviews, and tests for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4, will be conducted by the employer and a background investigation by the Federal government may be required to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and that subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
