Armed Security Guard

Overview Must Have A Saint Charles Missouri Armed Guard Card. This a Day shift Monday thru Friday Position Weekends and Holidays off. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential security breaches. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Provide first aid and CPR as necessary in emergency situations. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required to ensure safety protocols are followed. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
