Conduct thorough inspections of premises, including checking for unauthorized access or safety hazards. Document all incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference and investigations. Enforce loss prevention measures by observing for theft or vandalism and intervening appropriately while maintaining a professional demeanor. Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills are essential for de-escalating tense situations calmly and professionally. Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures is advantageous.
