Key Responsibilities Handle a wide range of business litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs Conduct depositions and manage discovery Collaborate closely with partners on case strategy Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal counsel Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in California 3+ years of business litigation experience (defense preferred) Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between [$180,000 – $240,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
