The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, selling and servicing commercial insurance policies, and working closely with clients to assess their insurance needs. Responsibilities also include providing tailored insurance solutions, managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, and assisting clients with claims processes when necessary.QualificationsExperience in Insurance Brokerage and a solid understanding of the insurance industryProficiency in Insurance and Casualty Insurance products and servicesStrong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLicensing requirements for an Insurance Agent in the state of Arizona (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindsetPrior experience in the commercial insurance sector is a plusHungry to build a career through serving prospects, selling new accounts, and driving book growth
