Director of Field Marketing- NYVolt is immediately hiring for a Director of Field Marketing in Manhattan, NY.As a Director of Field Marketing, you will:Develop and execute regional marketing plans that increase traffic, trial, and sales across multi-unit restaurant locationsPartner with regional Operations leaders to align marketing initiatives with operational prioritiesLead community engagement efforts, including local partnerships, sponsorships, and grassroots activationsAnalyze sales, traffic, and marketing performance data to assess ROI and optimize future programsOversee local market campaigns while adapting to competitive and consumer trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Media, and Revenue Growth to execute integrated campaignsManage regional marketing budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reconciliationPrepare and present regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadershipTravel regularly to restaurant locations to gather insights, validate execution, and engage with customersLead, coach, and develop a regional field marketing teamOversee hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, and performance feedbackEnsure teams have the tools, processes, and guidance needed to support restaurant successPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and values-driven leadershipThis is a full time, direct hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field10+ years of field or local marketing experience within a multi-unit restaurant or retail environmentProven success driving sales growth through local marketing strategiesPrior experience managing and developing teamsStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and evaluating ROIAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Willingness to travel approximately 4050% within assigned regionPay Rate: $160,000 - $170,000 per year.
