Role: DevSecOps & Developer ExperienceExperience: 8 YearsLocation: Princeton, New Jersey, United StatesVisa: AllEmployment Type: W2JD:Lead the organization's Developer Experience and DevSecOps initiatives by building engineering platforms, CI/CD ecosystems, internal developer portals, and secure software delivery capabilities.This is a leadership role focused on platform engineering, developer productivity, security automation, AI-assisted development, and engineering excellence.ResponsibilitiesDevSecOps Center of ExcellenceBuild enterprise DevSecOps standards.Define secure CI/CD pipeline architecture.Partner with InfoSec to integrate SSDLC practices.Drive security automation across development workflows.Establish governance aligned with internal controls.Developer Platform & ToolingOwn developer platforms and internal portals.Standardize source control, CI/CD, artifact management, and secrets management.Optimize developer tooling across engineering teams.Reduce developer friction and improve productivity.AI-Assisted DevelopmentLead adoption of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.Build governance around AI-assisted development.Evaluate intelligent pipeline automation.Operationalize AI developer workflows.Secure by DesignEmbed security into development pipelines.Implement SAST, SCA, container scanning, and secret detection.Drive SBOM generation and supply chain security practices.Ensure policy-as-code compliance.LeadershipLead DevSecOps engineers and platform teams.Hire and mentor senior engineers.Define KPIs including:DORA MetricsDeveloper Experience metricsSecurity coverageTime-to-onboardRequirementsExtensive Platform Engineering experience.Strong DevOps leadership.Experience with CI/CD platforms.Cloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP).Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code knowledge.Experience implementing enterprise DevSecOps programs.Excellent executive stakeholder management skills.
