Job Summary Seeking a skilled Support technician with expertise in both field and depot repair services. This role also encompasses providing advanced remote End-User Computing (EUC) support. You will be responsible for complex troubleshooting, hardware/software repair, and ensuring high levels of technical support across various environments.
