As the company moves toward potential commercialization of its lead program, they are seeking a Head of Drug Safety to lead and build out the global pharmacovigilance function. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role reporting directly into the executive team, with full ownership of both medical safety and PV operations across clinical and post-marketing programs. Key Responsibilities: Build and lead the global Drug Safety organization Oversee all aspects of pharmacovigilance, including safety strategy, case processing, signal detection, and risk management Provide medical review and benefit-risk assessments across the product lifecycle Serve as the company’s safety expert in interactions with regulatory authorities Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams Ensure full compliance with global safety regulations and internal SOPs Qualifications: MD or equivalent required Proven track record in global pharmacovigilance leadership roles, ideally across both development and post-marketing Deep understanding of medical safety and PV operations Experience leading safety strategy in rare disease, neurology, or endocrine spaces a plus Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on biotech environment Please apply for full company information and job description!
