This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating field activities, directing crews, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.We are looking for someone who can confidently lead a team, make decisions in the field, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving safely and productively.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations on demolition and environmental remediation project sitesLead and direct field crews, subcontractors, and equipment operatorsConduct engineering and site surveys to identify potential hazards and project risksEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standardsCoordinate schedules, equipment, materials, and manpowerMonitor project progress and maintain daily reports and documentationManage employee timesheets, job tracking, and labor reportingCommunicate with clients, inspectors, and internal management teamsAssist with project planning, budgeting, and field problem-solvingEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specificationsCandidates must be willing and able to travel as neededQualificationsExperience in demolition, construction, environmental remediation, or heavy civil operations preferredStrong leadership and crew management skillsAbility to read plans, specifications, and project documentsKnowledge of construction safety standards and hazard identificationStrong organizational and communication abilitiesAbility to work in fast-paced field environments and manage multiple responsibilitiesValid driver’s license requiredOSHA certifications or related industry certifications are a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementCompany vehicle or allowance (if applicable)If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and capable of leading crews in the field, we encourage you to apply.
