This role will be responsible for leading the overall technology function, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, and vendor partnerships.The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic leadership and operational execution, with a strong ability to stabilize systems, improve delivery processes, and ensure technology platforms effectively support business operations and growth initiatives.This leader will work closely with executive leadership and external partners to enhance the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the technology landscape while building confidence in project execution and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology LeadershipProvide leadership and oversight for the organization’s entire technology ecosystem, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor relationships.Serve as the primary technology advisor to executive leadership, translating technical capabilities into business value and operational outcomes.Establish and execute a technology roadmap that improves system stability, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.Applications and Systems OversightLead the stabilization and optimization of critical enterprise applications and platforms.Oversee ongoing application modernization initiatives, including transitions from legacy platforms to newer integrated solutions.Improve the reliability and performance of customer-facing and internal systems, including digital portals and operational tools.Infrastructure and SecurityEnsure reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations across cloud and identity platforms.Oversee infrastructure and security operations in partnership with third-party managed service providers.Drive continuous improvement in security posture, governance, and operational resilience.Program and Project ExecutionStrengthen project governance, execution discipline, and delivery frameworks across technology initiatives.Improve confidence in project management processes by implementing best practices in planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.Oversee a portfolio of technology initiatives focused on system optimization, modernization, and operational improvements.Vendor and Partner ManagementManage relationships with managed service providers and other key technology vendors.Ensure external partners are aligned with organizational goals, performance expectations, and service delivery standards.Operational ExcellenceMaintain stable day-to-day technology operations while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Balance operational stability with targeted technology improvements that support business needs.Build processes and structures that support consistent, reliable IT service delivery.QualificationsProven experience leading enterprise technology environments across applications, infrastructure, and security.Demonstrated ability to stabilize and optimize complex technology ecosystems.Experience managing enterprise platforms, cloud environments, identity solutions, and third-party service providers.Strong track record improving project delivery processes and governance within technology organizations.Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.Experience leading teams and collaborating effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Leadership ProfileThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong operational leadership with a hands-on approach to solving technology challengesAbility to build confidence in IT execution and deliveryA pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset focused on business outcomesExperience working with external vendors and managed service providersStrong communication skills and executive presence
