Litigation Employment Attorney (Remote)

Overview Small LA-based law firm seeks litigators with experience in employment litigation and general liability litigation. We represent DEFENDANTS only. Our office operates REMOTELY. Responsibilities Manage a civil defense caseload including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, witness interviews, writing motions and reports, doing mediations and trial prep, and filling out timesheets. Qualifications Qualified civil defense litigator with over 8 years’ experience in managing a case load, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, witness interviews, writing motions and reports, doing mediations and trial prep, and filling out timesheets. Self-starter who is organized and can meet deadlines. Must work well under pressure, both independently and as a team member. Personable, reliable, honest, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
