As a Regional Operations Manager, you will serve as the critical link between internal functions and the network of operators who deliver our service on the ground. You will take direct ownership of operator relationships, quality performance, and safety compliance in one of our key strategic markets. Your work will have a direct impact on the organization by driving operational excellence and enabling the continued growth of the North American network.About The RoleOwn the quality performance of our operator portfolio across the East Coast, fostering strong and collaborative partnershipsServe as the key interface between operators and internal teams, providing hands-on support across operational and product mattersIndependently develop analyses and presentations based on quality performance indicators, connecting insights with Business Development and Network PlanningActively lead projects in operations management, coordinating cross-functional teams across Business Development, Operations, and Network PlanningEnsure operators align with our processes and standards, providing guidance and support to uphold local safety and ADA complianceEmpower operators to engage with FlixUni content and maintain oversight of ADA driver training complianceAbout You2+ years of experience with a history of owning and driving results in a role within passenger transportation, operations, or logisticsA self-driven, independent and goal-oriented approach to workStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teamsA proactive mindset with a high level of commitment and adaptabilitySolid proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with PowerBI is a plusFluent in English; Spanish fluency a plusSalary Range: $74,000 to $93,000 USDWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
