Position Summary The Speech-Language Pathologist provides comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatment for infants, children, and adolescents with speech, language, feeding, and communication disorders. Services are provided in the child's natural environments—including homes, daycares, schools, and community settings—allowing therapy to be meaningful and functional for each family. Responsibilities Perform speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and needs. Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy interventions. Educate and collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational and physical therapists. Communicate professionally with referral sources and families. Maintain compliance with state licensure and ethical standards. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Arkansas SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Pediatric experience Experience providing services in natural environments Knowledge of early intervention and family-centered care Schedule Full-time or Part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling Create a schedule that works for you while meeting the needs of the families we serve Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive compensation with opportunities for professional growth in a company that is actively expanding.
