Starting pay rate for a Med Tech is $17.85 per hour.Responsibilities And DutiesAssisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry, and transportation to/from the dining roomCare Aides will assist with daily activities and enriching the lives of our wonderful residents!Always communicate in a positive and productive manner with co-workers, families/guardians, and the publicSupporting co-workers and actively participates in team processProviding complete, accurate and timely documentationPerforming tasks that contribute to the day-to-day operation of the home (such as cooking, cleaning, laundry)Performing tasks in accordance with Care Cardinal Policies and Procedures and that of other regulatory bodies, (CMH, AAA, Reliance, Licensing, Recipient Rights, etc.)Positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shiftEmployees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.Qualifications And SkillsAbility to lift 50lbsCurrent valid driver’s license or State IDThe ability to interact with people in a positive and supportive mannerEncouraged but not required upon hire: First Aid/ CPR certified 1+ year experience in a similar settingBenefits (for Eligible Employees)Weekly pay!Paid Orientation and TrainingPaid Time Off (Full Time and Part Time Employees)401k plan (Full Time and Part Time Employees)Medical benefits including a low cost DPC option!
