Your key responsibilities include:Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiencyManaging personnel and subcontractors to meet project milestonesMaintaining compliance with construction plans and project specificationsPromoting a positive, solutions-driven team cultureEnsuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standardAbout youDemonstrated experience as a Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.Experience in Bulk earthworks, civils and roadworksability to read and interpret construction plansability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.Strong leadership, communication and organisational skillsConstruction Industry Card (White / Blue)Current Driver LicenceVarious plant machinery tickets will be highly regardedStrong commitment to Quality and Safety standardsAbout UsShadforth is one of Queensland’s largest family-owned civil construction companies, delivering essential infrastructure across residential, commercial and industrial developments throughout Southeast Queensland, regional Queensland and northern New South Wales.
