Electrical Superintendent (Kentucky)

Electrical/MV SuperintendentOur client are a general contractor, the Electrical Superintendent will oversee on site electrical execution, ensuring safe, timely, and high quality delivery of construction. The role requires a collaborative mindset, strong field leadership, and experience with multi-trade coordination and self perform work. This is a site based role with a monthly home rotation.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and day to day oversight for related site personnel, including subcontractors and self perform teams.Track and report site-level activities in collaboration with project leadership including Superintendents, Coordinators, and the Project Manager.Act as a site liaison between the field, project management, and the client ensuring alignment and clear communication.Support and promote a strong jobsite safety culture in partnership with the Safety team.Ensure quality standards are met through regular oversight, implementation of quality programs, and team training.Experience:3+ years of experience in utility scale solar constructionBackground and experience in Medium Voltage and CommissioningExcellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable speaking to large and diverse groups.Proven commitment to modern, proactive safety practices and continuous improvement.Ability to pass an MVR check, background screening, physical, and drug test.Willingness to travel and relocate full-time to project sites, working on a rotation-based schedule.Please note: applicants must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
