Registered Respiratory Therapist - FVH

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONThis role collaborates with hospital personnel to deliver responsive, state-of-the-art, and patient-centered respiratory care, as well as a range of diverse outpatient services. The individual works closely with multidisciplinary teams in a cooperative and supportive manner to ensure high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)Experience:Six months Staff Therapist experience preferred but not requiredEducation and Training:Graduate of AMA approved program of Respiratory Therapy at the Registry level. License, Certification & Registration:NBRCRR - National Board Respiratory Care RRTMARTL - MA Respiratory Therapist license NRP - Neonatal ResuscitationCPR Other Requirements:Highly effective and positive interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbalEffective problem solving and team building skillsWillingness to participate in the education process both as a student and provider of education. Ability to vary shift hours and days to meet schedule needs.
