Job Description
Crown is searching for an experienced, Program Coordinator, knowledgeable of both the customer (NASA Ames Research Center) and the essential administrative functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) functions related to employee badging, travel request processing, property custodian and coordinated cross-team communication.
During the phase-in, the administrative assistant supports the Manager in badging of onboarded employees, implementation of property custodian system, helping with foreign national processing and general records management.
This is an ideal position for a highly motivated organized individual who possesses strong program coordination experience combined with the desire and energy to work in a fast-paced, growth environment.
It is preferred that this accomplished and highly motivated administrative assistant should have government contracting or government experience.
NOTE: This role, local to Ames, will be available on-site throughout the duration of phase-in and an agreed-upon hybrid schedule during contract execution.
Qualifications
Duties/Responsibilities:
Primary individual for badging and coordinating government on-boarding requirements
Creating and coordinating travel requests, approvals and reimbursements across the contract
Property Custodian
Coordination of communications and events across the contract
Manage program administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing procurement requests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field required
5+ years of experience with administrative experience
Experience in US. Government badging systems
Experience with domestic and international travel processing
Experience in US. Government custodial systems
Customer Relations - Professional and tactful to all levels of personnel
Ability to handle confidential and personal information in a professional manner
Project planning, attention to detail and critical thinking
Self-starter - Initiative and follow through
Teamwork - Ability to work both independently and in a group
Time Management - Efficient time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
