Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities: Greet patients, families, and visitors in a polite and professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls and messages in a timely and efficient manner Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files Process and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry and filing Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception area and supply closet Provide general assistance to patients, families, and staff members as needed Front Desk Receptionist Requirements: Availability: This is a part-time evening position, requiring flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
