Assistant Director of Growth & Assistant Team Leader

We are looking for a high-level leader to step into an Assistant Team Leader role at Keller Williams Main Line in Ardmore, PA.This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone who can attract top talent, coach experienced agents, help scale businesses, and work alongside ownership to continue building one of the premier real estate brokerages on the East Coast.Your primary responsibilities will include:Recruiting experienced real estate agents and teams to the companyCoaching and developing current agents to help increase production, profitability, and consistencyPartnering with ownership and the leadership team to drive growth, culture, retention, and overall company visionHelping create an environment where agents feel challenged, supported, inspired, and connectedOver the past three years, the company has grown from approximately $200 million in annual sales to over $1 billion in sales volume.
