Senior Mechanical Engineer

What you’ll do:Lead design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA) on complex aerospace componentsDevelop and optimize processes (CNC machining, sheet metal, composites, additive)Partner with cross-functional teams across design, quality, and productionOwn root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesSupport new product introduction (NPI) from concept to productionEnsure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, FAA)What we’re looking for:8+ years in aerospace component design and/or manufacturingStrong experience with machining, GD&T, and engineering drawingsProficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, NX, or CATIA)Deep knowledge of aerospace materials and finishing processesHands-on problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
