Network Specialist
Job details; Need Smart Hands / Network Field Engineers Resources should have experience in rack & stack, cabling, WLC installations, fiber connectivity, and remote support coordination. Primary Onsite Work Stage equipment before cutover. Install 2 Cisco 9800 WLCs per site. Perform power/network cross-connects, including verifying switchport availability for WLC connections. Install/connect required SFPs, fiber patch cords, and Ethernet patch cords as per site requirement. Support remote team during cutover and validate installation. Legacy Equipment Handling (40–50% sites) Remove old WLCs, label, pack, and prepare for return shipment. Deployment Scope Initial pace: 1 site per day for small/medium sites; weekends for large sites. Tools / Material Readiness Engineers should have console cable, hotspot, label maker, rack screws, and be prepared with/verify required SFP modules, fiber patch cords, and Ethernet patch cords per site. Additional Recruitment Note: Prefer engineers with network implementation / cabling / smart hands background who can handle both installation and physical connectivity verification.
