Electrical Control Engineer

Perform activities in the design, manufacturer, and testing of a wide variety of control systems including application of PLCs, process control, motion control, drive systems, etc. Design and program HMI, SCADA and computer related control systems. Maintain compliance with the quality program. Prepare cost quotes, develop project schedules, interface with and provide customer training.ResponsibilitiesDesign, fabricate and test a variety of controlpanels, including process controls, servo-systems,variable frequency systems, operator interfaces,etc. Complete preliminary engineering, prepare quotes,develop schedules, interface with customers,complete software and hardware designs. Provide installation supervision, debugging,support and customer training. Prepare invoice formats, maintain accurate costaccounting for projects following prescribedprocedures. Maintain existing customers and develop newcustomer accounts. Make changes to drawings, etc., correct problems,support production, test completed units,fabricate parts panels as required.QualificationsFour year degree in electrical engineering, software engineering or equivalent.  5-10 years experience in an industrial control systems engineering role.
