Bookkeeper (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Cash Reconciliation)Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. This role will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and cash reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (AR)Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on timeMonitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balancesApply cash receipts and reconcile customer paymentsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepanciesAccounts Payable (AP)Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvalsPrepare and execute weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiriesEnsure timely payments and capture available discountsCash & Bank ReconciliationPerform daily/weekly/monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in cash balancesMaintain accurate cash records and support cash reportingGeneral Accounting SupportAssist with month-end close processesMaintain organized and accurate financial documentationSupport audits by providing requested documentationEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesQualifications2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experienceStrong understanding of AR, AP, and bank reconciliation processesExperience with accounting software (NetSuite) is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience in a multi-entity or e-commerce and manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with ERP systems and process improvementsAssociate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fieldWhy Join UsCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to contribute to a growing organizationSupportive and team-oriented cultureKELTEC Technolab is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants due race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other legally protected status.
